Sparkling Rhubarb wine, brut, 0,75 l
The wines of the family winery “Roksala” are made from
locally grown, collected, carefully selected fruits and berries, using
old traditions of winemaking, personal experience and discoveries.
This wine produced using traditional sparkling wine method when secondary fermentation carried out in the bottle. The wine is kept in the bottle with the yeast for at least nine months and the formed CO2 dissolves in the wine. The whole production process takes a long time and requires a lot of hand work.
When ordering, you can choose from the 2018 or 2019 harvest year.
Great as aperitif.
Serve chilled at 8 ° C.
Contains sulphites.
